Billing and Cancellation Information

14.

What is your Returns/Cancellation Policy?

Practically speaking, your Web Address is your Internet identity and your online brand. Your customers will remember this name and use it to find your Web site, your products or your services. And since no two parties can ever hold the exact Web Address simultaneously, your Internet identity is totally unique.

3. I can't find a Web address that works for my Web site; lots of the names I've tried are taken. I don't have a Web address to transfer either. What should I do?

Your Web site must have a Web address in order to be found on the Internet. We can help you with this, each step of the way at no extra charge. We do this all the time, and we will happily answer any questions you may have.

But if you want to get a Web site now (and register your Web address later) you can have us build your site, then download the site to your computer. Just remember that your Web site won't be on the Internet until you have registered your Web address.

(If you decide to do your own registration, many hosting providers offer "third level domain names" [e.g. www.yourcompanyname.abc_company.com]. If you have dial up access to the Internet through an Internet Service Provider (ISP) you may already have space for a Web site with a third level domain name. Check with your existing provider for details.)

We suggest, that your own private address however, of (e.g. www.yourcompany.com) is much more strategic, and a wiser way to proceed. It is shorter, and easier to remember for all those good folks looking for you.

4. What is Web hosting?

You will need TWO things in order to "get on the air"...
A designed and working
A. Web Site, and a B. Host.

In order to establish your online identity with a Web site (in addition to our creating your website design), you'll need a "host" who handles the technical complications (simplified) that are essential monthly, so your customers can find you on the Internet. We can help you arrange for this service with an Internet Service Provider or Web hosting company, or we can do it for you. They charge about $19.95 per month to handle the "internet highway" technicalities, and we will be happy to set it all up for you at no extra charge.

5. How much will my hosting provider charge me to transfer my Web address (domain name) to use with my new Web site?

Most hosting providers do not charge to transfer a Web address. Please note that we do not charge for this transfer at all; any transfer charges that you may incur would come directly from your current hosting provider.

6. How do I know that I'll have a 'reliable' hosting provider for my Web site?

To simplify the process of getting your Web site up and running, we can automatically arrange your Web site hosting for you. We work only with leading, reliable hosting providers. It makes life so much easier and is more cost-effective in the long run. If you are already on the internet, we will be pleased to work with your existing web host as well.

7. What is a Web site "design"?

Web site designs are professional, creatively designed interactive web pages that include complex features such as intricate page layouts (versus basic headers and wallpapers), custom interactive buttons (versus hyperlink navigation), unique font and color schemes (versus basic HTML text styles), and our preferred use of dynamic button rollovers using your own unique graphics. Photos and strategically placed logo designs are essential components too. We are a design studio as well, and can facilitate all things you may need from 'A to Z.' We are able to design your company brochures at the same time, using many of the same files we will use to create your Web site, at great savings to you!

Yes, we let you preview your personalized Web site throughout its development, long before it is finally published.  Each time we change your content you can preview your site to make sure you like what you see. And, you can even change your content after we've published it.

9. How long will it take to build my site?

We can create preliminary concepts for your Web site within 2 business days and present it to you online to see. Once you review and give us your feedback, the remaining process to complete the site and make it live online takes several additional days of good and focused hard work, and of course, all depending on the complexity of your project. We will stay in constant communication until you are satisfied with its direction, and invite you to take a cooperative position in its progress if you wish...or simply 'check in' as often as you want and watch us create our 'magic' for you from beginning to end!
